Network Marketing Internet Business
The internet has changed everything - including how to combine network marketing with internet
business techniques that will grow your business faster than any hotel meeting or 3 way phone call.
In the 21st century, savvy network marketers are using the
internet to get leads for their network marketing products and business opportunity.
You might think you've got this covered with the website that your network marketing company provided for you
but you're wrong. Let's find out...
Why Google Doesn't Like Your Company Website
When companies provide a new network marketing distributor with their own website, some people might think
that's a great bonus. These are called replicated websites and it’s exactly what it sounds
like….it’s a replica of everyone else’s website who is in that particular network marketing company.
The only difference between your replicated website and someone else’s website within the same company is the
space they supply for you to insert your own personal info.
Search engines don’t like replicated websites. They may like the name of the company or product
because it’s a good keyword but they don’t like the duplicate content on the website.
Your site is just one of 1,000's (if not millions) of replicated websites that your network marketing company is
handing out and when someone types in your company's name, your site will be listed at the bottom among the omitted
search results that are similar to the ones at the top.
Search engines do like your company’s corporate website, however, because they have good original
content. So, that’s what will be found when someone types in the keyword of the company’s name or product. They've
also paid big money to advertise online.
There are also consultant's who've paid for their spot at the search engine top by using Google Adwords or by learning the techniques that are available here.
The other problem with replicated websites is that in the unlikely event that someone will find
yours and place an order, the contact information of the customer is no longer yours. It's the property of the
network marketing company.
So even though you got them to your website, their information belongs to the company. And if you decide to move
to another company for whatever reason, you have to start over because it's very likely that your distributor
policies and procedures say that all customers belong to the company, not you.
Using the Internet to Get Leads, Customers and Build Your Downline
I've been in a lot of network marketing companies because I believe that it can be a very effective business
model if done right.
Unfortunately, I wasted a lot of money and time on useless recruiting methods until I read the 7 Lies of Network Marketing.
What I found out is that making lists of friends, families and co-workers and chasing after them is not going to
grow your business.
I found out that the best - and fastest - way to grow your business is to attract people who are already
looking for an opportunity. So that there's no selling needed - you and your opportunity are there when
your prospects are ready and they chase you down to tell them more!
The internet is the best place for this kind of attraction to happen.
You can get your own online leads for your network marketing company by creating a system that
consists of a "squeeze page" with a free offer in return for their information. Then you can get in touch with them
directly to tell them about your product and business opportunity.
Sounds like an awful lot of work, doesn't it? Well, lucky for us, there are lots of different plug and play
systems available to help you gather your own online leads where all the work has already been done for you. Would
